Actually, I read the above posts and I can just say "all of the above". It's irritating because I have small children in school and just had surgery...a few times I had to go to the phone, in case it was the school..Same as everyone else, no one is ever on the phone and they call numerous times a day, every day.

collection????agency-very foreign person on line will not tell me anything else---they want details from me.. would not tell them anything --the number they called is not a published number they should not of known it -so they to of did a random calling.

Said I owed a payday loan which I have no record of getting. He has zero legal documents and could not even verify the date of the loan.

No person answers if I answer. Have been calling my home phone for a month, but leave no message, and won't speak when the phone is answered. Called six times today. Either speak to me or stop dialing my number.

They are calling from overseas & trying to scam you. When they call it shows up as 000 on my phone. I do not answer it! Or -answer it by saying Law Office & claim they are calling a law office & you are an attorney.....SCAM THEM BACK!

the carrier on this cell is AT&T/Cingulair, not Southwestern Bell. I received an automated message saying "We found your resume on the Employ Florida website, and you are eligible for a job to collect signatures on a ballot. Press 1 to receive information about your scheduled orientation time and place". I was curious, so I pressed "1", and nothing happened. That's all that happened. Don't waste my cell phone minutes with this crap.

Called from 'Premier Property Services' of Clearwater, FL alleging they had buyers for my vacant lots in Cumberland County Tennessee. All I had to do was send them $595 and usually within 90 days the sale would be completed. My research indicates this is simply another incarnation of 'Preferred Properties' from the same area which had several fraud complaints against it. These people should be locked up by the Florida Stata Attorney General, but apparently they move and switch names often enough that no one is ever jailed. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SCAM.

Said they bought my payday loan from Check n go. This loan was directly to check n go after it has bounced first time. Not sure where they got the information but do not pay unless you verify first with loan company. They try to tell you that they might have money for you so you will give them information.

When I don't answer the phone they hang up. When I do answer the phone, they try to get personal info from me by telling me they are sending me a credit card in the mail. Call at least twice per day and call every day. I have asked them to put me on their Do Not Call List. They don't respond to me and hang up. The calls still come in daily.
